1. The CNC Wood Router is equipped with a power filter to reduce pollution to the AC power supply.

2. "One point grounding" principle. The ground of the power filter, the driver PE (ground) (the driver is insulated from the bottom plate of the chassis), the lead wire after short-circuiting the control pulse PULSE- and the direction pulse DIR-, the motor ground wire, the cable protective sleeve between the driver and the motor, and the driver The shielded wires are all connected to the grounding posts on the chassis wall, and good contact is required.
3. Try to increase the distance between the control line, the power line and the motor drive line to avoid crossing. For example, when we deal with the installation position of two drivers in the same chassis in the dual-axis drive system, the nameplate of one driver faces forward and the other faces backward, and these leads are kept as short as possible in terms of structural layout.
4. Use shielded wires to reduce the interference of the outside world to the individual, or the interference of the individual (power line) to the outside world. CNC Wood Router belongs to CNC mechanical equipment, so whether it is installed or used, it is necessary to follow the machine operation guide and carry out effective daily maintenance, so as to fundamentally avoid the occurrence of failures and prolong the service life of the machine .
