  CNC Router is an automatic machine tool equipped with a program control system, which can make the machine tool move and process parts according to the programmed program. Once a fault occurs, it needs to be operated in accordance with the sequence. If the operation is not done properly, it will cause certain injuries to the staff or the workpiece.
1. The processing sequence when the chuck and the workpiece interfere with the CNC Router
When the collet interferes with the workpiece, immediately press the "emergency stop switch" button on the machine tool to terminate the current processing, check whether the workpiece can be repaired, and then re-install the tool to continue processing. Generally, the length that the tool needs to protrude will be given on the list of processing technology listed after programming, as long as the tool is selected and clamped according to the requirements, the occurrence of interference can be avoided.

2. The processing sequence when the CNC Router breaks the knife
When a broken tool is found, stop cutting, record the serial number of the current processing path, replace the tool, find the position before the broken tool point, continue processing according to the starting serial number, and restore the normal processing state
3. The processing sequence when the CNC Router has a knife
In case of knife stabbing, immediately press the "emergency stop switch" button on the machine tool to terminate the current processing. Check whether the workpiece is scrapped, and then run the spindle for about 2 hours according to the spindle running-in procedure. If it is a relatively serious stabbing of a larger tool, it is necessary to check whether the accuracy of the machine tool is damaged, and it is necessary to let the professional staff of the manufacturer handle it.
