  Many CNC Router now choose servo motors, so what is the working principle of servo motors, and what are their advantages?
The working principle of the servo motor is to drive the control object. The torque and speed of the controlled object are controlled by the signal voltage. When the magnitude and polarity of the signal voltage change, the rotation speed and direction of the motor also change. It is divided into two categories: DC and AC servo motors. Its main feature is that there is no self-rotation phenomenon when the signal voltage is zero, and the speed decreases at a uniform speed with the increase of torque.
Advantages of choosing servo motor for CNC Router :
1. Accuracy: realize the closed-loop control of position, speed and torque; overcome the problem of stepping motor out of step
2. Adaptability: It has strong anti-overload ability and can withstand a load three times the rated torque. It is especially suitable for occasions with instantaneous load fluctuations and requirements for quick start;
