1. Excessive addition of lubricating oil
The customer adds lubricating oil between the two friction surfaces in order to form a thin oil film on the two friction surfaces to avoid direct contact, thereby reducing wear. However, considering some side effects of adding lubricating oil, it is necessary to strictly control the amount of oil. For example, in the reducer, in order to reduce the resistance of the gear and the temperature rise of the oil, the depth of the gear immersed in oil is 1 to 2 teeth high. Yes, the amount of fuel at high speeds should be less.
2. Do not refuel at will
The selection of lubricating oil should be based on the working conditions, working environment, specific characteristics of the friction surface and different lubrication methods of the machine. For equipment with high rotational speed and strong ability to form oil wedges, lubricating oil with low viscosity should be used. When the load per unit area of the friction surface of the equipment is large, lubricating oil with high viscosity and good oiliness should be used. Lubricants with higher viscosity, higher flash point, better oiliness and higher stability or grease with higher dropping point should be used.
