External factors affecting the production of CNC Nesting Router
Last Modify:2024-09-13 13:34:17
As an indispensable CNC equipment in the furniture manufacturing industry, CNC Nesting Router have strict requirements for processing accuracy, but some external factors will appear during use, thus affecting the production efficiency of the equipment. How should we solve these external factors?
Four-process cutting machine
1. Interference from external magnetic fields
Since the control system of the CNC cutting machine is composed of various electronic components, each functional component has a certain voltage, frequency range, etc., it is easily interfered by various external magnetic fields, and the instability of any component will cause the entire processing error of the cutting machine.

2. Temperature difference
Ambient temperature and humidity mainly affect the performance of the control system and the drive motor. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40 degrees, the control system may make incorrect control, and the drive torque of the drive motor may not reach the rated value, thereby affecting the normal processing of the CNC cutting machine.
3. Workshop environment
Dust mainly affects the heat dissipation of electronic components and the sensitivity of photosensitive components. Common phenomena are optical test failure and computer CPU fan does not rotate. Therefore, the manufacturer recommends that customers ensure that the machine is in a good environment when installing the CNC cutting machine, and there is no debris near the cutting machine. If the factory environment is humid, it will cause the cutting machine to rust, and if the temperature is too high, it will easily cause a fire. Therefore, the factory should be kept dry and ventilated to avoid direct sunlight.
The CNC cutting machine is a kind of equipment with high environmental requirements. We should check these factors in daily use to reduce unnecessary losses. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact the manufacturer in time to find the source of the fault.
