1. Check whether the vacuum pump is normal. The vacuum pump can generate negative pressure and is a key component of the cutting machine to absorb the board. The power of the vacuum pump should be at least 7.5kw. If the power is insufficient or clogged, it will lead to insufficient adsorption force.
2. Check whether the sealing strip is leaking. Especially when cutting small wooden boards, pay special attention to the sealing effect of the sealing strips. When sealing, the sealing strip should be laid flat without any fluctuations, and the surface of the strip should be higher than the table area.
3. Check whether there are any debris on the countertop. Vacuum countertops need to be kept clean and tidy at all times. If there are foreign objects on it, it will lead to insufficient sealing and affect the adsorption force during processing.
4. Check the water temperature and quantity. Check the water circulation volume and water temperature of the air pump of the opener. If the water volume is insufficient, add water in time. If the water temperature is too high, it will also affect the adsorption effect.
5. Check equipment pipelines. If there is air leakage in the pipe connecting the vacuum pump and the suction cup, it will also lead to insufficient adsorption force.
6. During positive and negative rotation, change any two lines of UVW on the motor to change the rotation direction of the motor.
7. Check the adsorption area. When processing the cutting machine, you should try to follow how large the material is to be processed and how large the area is. If it is not used, it should be closed in time to avoid inhaling excess gas.
