At present, CNC furniture Router equipment has become very popular, and many customers have been using it for a long time. How often do some malfunctions occur in daily use? So how can we solve it? How much do you know about this? Next, we will provide a detailed summary for everyone.
In fact, these problems are often caused by improper maintenance of the machine. Some have been used for 24 hours, but neglect the maintenance of the machine, so the machine is in a saturated state, which is prone to problems. Below, we will list the common problems with the machine.
1、 Work process interruption knife
I believe that knife breakage is relatively common in panel furniture equipment failures. If the knife breaks, work will be interrupted, and changing the knife takes a lot of time. So what causes the knife to break?
1. The quality of the knife is not good, and there is a significant price difference between high-quality and inferior knives. When inferior tools encounter resistance, they are easily broken.

2. The speed is too fast. Although the configuration of the cutting machine is very high, it can work quickly according to the preset speed, and the cutting tools cannot withstand the speed of the machine, so tool breakage often occurs. Secondly, if the board is of poor quality and there are impurities in the middle, problems often occur during rapid cutting. So it is necessary to use tools well, set appropriate working speeds, use qualified boards, and try to avoid the problem of tool breakage. After severe wear and tear, tools should be replaced in a timely manner.
2、 Accessories such as spindle motor and servo motor are burnt out
This problem is usually caused by unstable voltage in the circuit. Some devices consume too much power and have too low voltage, which can cause accessories to burn out. Suggest buying a voltage regulator to solve the problem.
3、 Track damage
Track damage is often caused by not regularly adding lubricating oil or not cleaning debris on the track in a timely manner. After using the cutting machine during work intervals, clean the debris inside the track and pay attention to regularly adding lubricating oil to the track.
