CNC Wood Router is an advanced equipment widely used in the wood processing industry, which has the characteristics of efficiency, accuracy, and intelligence. When using a CNC Wood Router for operation, understanding its basic operating steps is the key to ensuring normal machine operation and production safety. Below, we will provide a detailed introduction to the basic operating steps of a CNC  Router.
1、 Preparation work
Check the power connection: Before starting the machine, ensure that the power supply of the CNC  Router is connected properly and the power voltage is within the specified range.
Check the air source connection: Check if the air compressor or pump is connected properly and the air pressure is within the specified range.
Check tool installation: Check if the tool is installed properly and if the tool holder is secure.
Check safety protection devices: Check whether the safety protection devices around the machine are intact and effective in preventing accidental injuries.

2、 Start device
Turn on the power switch: On the operation panel of the CNC Router, press the power switch and the equipment will start to start.
Device self check: After the device is started, it will perform a self check to check if all parts are working properly.
Login operation interface: Enter the username and password on the operation interface to log in to the operating system.
3、 Operating Steps
Open CAD file: On the operation interface, open the CAD file that needs to be opened.
Adjusting machining parameters: Adjust machining parameters such as cutting speed, tool type, etc. according to actual needs.
Generate machining path: Generate machining path based on CAD files and machining parameters.
Start processing: After confirming that the processing path is correct, start processing. During the processing process, it is necessary to always pay attention to the processing status and promptly identify and solve problems.
End machining: After the machining is completed, turn off the equipment and end the machining process.
4、 Maintenance and upkeep
Regular inspection: Regularly inspect all parts of the CNC Wood Router to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
Tool replacement: Regularly replace the tool based on actual usage.
Cleaning equipment: Regularly clean the equipment to remove dust and debris, and maintain its cleanliness and hygiene.
Maintenance records: Record the maintenance and upkeep of equipment to track and manage its maintenance status.
